We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share your name, phone, or email with sports leagues, betting syndicates, or media. We will disclose your data to law enforcement only if legally required by court order or a warrant from Indonesian authorities.
You may request access to your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask for deletion once your account is closed and all transactions settled. You also have the right to disable two-factor authentication (though we recommend you do not), update your password, and request a full withdrawal of all funds to close your account.
If you believe we mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Authority or contact us directly. We undertake to investigate and respond within 60 days. We review this policy annually and will notify you of material changes via email or a banner on sportsbook.
